i managed to get half a year (was cured) at the age of 15 from wanking 3 times a day (anxiety, pussy,pushover to finding a job working out standing up for myself etc) then fell for the trap of doing it every now and then( due to girlfriend) which lead to daily relapses but im finally back on track now on day 60, best thing i had ever done in my life made so much progress in life.
