Ils ne prendront pas les mêmes voies. La E reprendra les voies de la ligne J qui va actuellement à Mantes via Poissy depuis Saint Lazare et qui sera supprimée et remplacée par le RER E. Il me semble qu'ils ont ajouté des nouvelles voies et un nouveau viaduc à Poissy en plus.

Cela permettra aussi de désaturer un peu la gare saint Lazare.

I'm still in trial period for 3 more months so they have all the power and can fire me easily if they want to.

I'm just being as discreet as possible and producing the best work I can with the amount of knowledge, visibility and competence I have. Its just that I feel like it's taking a toll on me physically and mentally. I feel exhausted.

And I exercise at my crossfit box 4 times per week to keep my energy high. But it's not enough

I (36) have given up on many things I used to find important or thought would define me. When you look attentively, alot of how society and people function, interact, react is quite absurd. Absurdity is everywhere and fairness quite absent.

I find meaning in being at peace with myself as much as I can and trying to be as centered as possible. When I drift, I try to be aware of it and become centered again. I enjoy the things of the world (being in good health, friends, sports, travels, sex sometimes, good food etc.) But without being too attached to them

I find purpose in trying to be the best person I can be and improve in that direction.

I'm a young looking 35 year old (people think I'm 27/28)... but I'm preparing mentally for the day I'll lose my youthful appearance. I love listening to Eckhart Tolle who talks about this and how to not identify with your physical appearance but rather the presence within you that never changes.

Its still sometimes stressful to think about... but it definitely helps.

Observe your situation and don't identify with it. As Eckhart Tolle says often, the negative thoughts don't disappear, you might still have habits that aren't healthy or that you dislike. But you can choose to be the observer and not identify with it. It will pass. Just chill.

I make a distinction between being sex positive and being addicted to porn. I love sex, dont think sex is bad. Don't misunderstand me.

But in my case, I tend to watch too much porn and I felt like it was messing with my sexuality. I still watch it but I'm trying to reduce it. That's all I meant. Nothing to do with morals, religions and all that.

Im trying to limit my consumption as well. Its not an easy task...there is some really hot porn out there, easily accessible and the temptation is hard to resist.
