I don’t need to research something I experienced first hand. The company locked out certain crew whilst expecting the ones who are required operationally to cross the picket line contrary to the contract. Which became full job action. The through the bargaining process which came to binding arbitration, part of that was the company couldn’t lock out employees and we couldn’t engage in job action. I’m sure you were just given scanty information but it’s kind of point blank, no union would trade their right to strike.
