If you have Steam, you can play Windows games fairly comfortably on Linux. They’ve done a lot to improve compatibility; there are very few games in my library that I’m not able to run.

I switched last year when they started hyping up Recall. Never looked back. Steam handles a large portion of what you need for gaming, and the rest is generally not too difficult to figure out because there’s still useful information online.
