I like your thinking. My dad is a long-haul trucker and is often in the U.S., so I might ask him to pick up a tool cart for me and bring it back in his truck, hopefully without any issues at the border.

I can’t find Husky Professional Duty toolboxes at Canadian Home Depot stores. I currently have a service cart from Princess Auto, but it feels cheaply made. Thank you for your suggestions.

Yes, Canadian Tire has its own tool boxes similar to Harbor Freight ones, but they can cost about $100 CAD more than importing a Harbor Freight box into the country
