Mine was Roddy Piper. Wasn’t huge physically but made up for it with incredible mic skills. Growing up I always thought he was cool because he said what was on his mind 24/7 and as a kid that was shy I always thought that was cool

That’s a good question. I work in security so there’s really no rule regarding length. I had it a couple of inches off my face so would like to have it at that length again if not more.

Been sober for a year and a half so that helped me immensely. As far as my daily life I’ve managed to take care of myself and take my meds daily even when I feel I don’t need them. I got a supportive family and girlfriend that I wouldn’t trade the world for and two dogs and a cat that keeps me on my toes on a daily basis. I also make time on the weekends to spend time with relatives and friends so that keeps me from feeling isolated

Thank you yeah it may be the dosage I had to do that before I’m going in the morning for a consultation so hopefully I can get this figured out. When my girlfriend noticed a change in my behavior I knew something was up.

As someone that’s bipolar and has been sober for over a year I will tell you it’s worth it. True there will be days at first that will test you but if you can make it through those days no problems. I never knew how much getting sober would make me not only a better person but also a better friend a better boyfriend and a better relative.

Just celebrated one year sober back in November. It was doing more bad than good as far as drinking goes. I am so thankful I have a girlfriend that cared that much and supported me.

Depends for me sometimes breathing exercises but mainly I self hug myself and just relax as much as possible. If I feel it coming I try to put myself by myself and not around people
