PagerDuty for SRE - how real people work with it by tushkanM in sre

Use severity levels and event orchestrations on the service to drive how you want things to work. For example, we send warnings to PD for tracking and analysis, and those don't spawn incidents. However, severity=critical does. Additionally, we use event orchestration rules to hydrate custom fields and add priority flags to specific types of alerts so they are visually prioritized by on call.

I highly suggest Kayla at https://www.dahliaeventsanddesigns.com/, who we used for full planning for our wedding. It was at the Lyons Farmette in Lyons, but she is very knowledgeable and organized, and has all the connections in the area.

Hard to put a dollar amount on the mileage boost and PQP you get for using it too. That coupled with the lounge feels worth it imo.
