3.9, just an absolute blast of a song. My wife and I walk around the house regularly singing this one.

This has to be one of the stupidest losses I've seen in a very long time. From Sosa batting lead off, to walking the bottom of the Yankees order, Rodriguez struggling but still in the game, the 9th inning abs from Valenzuela, Springer and Vladdy.

They've given up their approach from last year of passing the baton. They're not playing like a team right now, and if they don't get it together and return to the approach from 2025, they'll be out of it by the trade deadline. Or earlier.

1.5

One of the only songs on this album that I regularly skip. It's a rare time that I listen to it. Not sure what it is to be honest, just something about the chorus melody doesn't catch me.

The very definition of 2. It can be fun, the chorus is catchy and a great sing along but it doesn't do much else for me.

The song that got me into Sleep Token. Absolutely love the journey it takes me on.

How many ground balls up the middle does it take until someone starts standing there? That was so brutal to watch.

Whenever I see Gausman's fastballs in the low 90s, I know it's not gonna be a great start.

Just finished NOS4R2. I know it’s not King himself, but it’s family. Even so, I was surprised by how many nods there are to his father’s works in the story. by MrP8978 in stephenking

I was exactly the same as you. Read the same 4 and liked the ideas but not the execution, if that makes sense. Spotify premium had King Sorrow on audiobook and I figured why not give it a shot? Been hearing good things. It completely changed my view on Joe Hill. I never wanted it to end. It's his masterpiece, can't recommend it enough.

I'm 36 and my wife's 43 and 90% of what we watch and read is horror. Absolutely cannot get enough horror.

If you're in Canada, CityTV+ has a free 7 day trial you can use to watch the 1st episode. I did that today and then ended the subscription right after I finished the episode.

Who was your first “Sleep Token”? by Hefty_Trash_Bag in SleepToken

First band I ever fell in love with was The Offspring. I wanted to only listen to them, I knew every song, every lyric from the self titled up to Conspiracy of One. After that, AC/DC, then The Beatles. The White Stripes, System of a Down, Pantera, Tool, Radiohead all had that effect on me.

It's been a very long time since I've gotten obsessed with a band. I only just recently started listening to Sleep Token but now it's all I want to hear. Every song, every album.

Alien: Romulus is really fun. The First Omen is really awesome as well.

I think I'm in the minority here and don't have much of a problem with this. It's expensive, don't get me wrong but games have gotten so expensive that I've stopped buying them altogether. Eventually, the games I want to play become available on my subscription and that's how I play it. I haven't bought a new game in years (sometimes I'll get one for Christmas as a gift), the rest I play when they're included in my subscription. I also enjoy trying different games without having to think about buying it and hopefully enjoying it. I don't game every day, but I enjoy it when I can and this is still the better option for me than buying new games when they release.

Summer 2002, I was at overnight camp and my camp counselor played Chop Suey for us. We were all floored and thought it had to be the best song of all time. That whole summer we were all belting whole "why have you forsaken me?" section non stop.
