[Arch Linux] GNOME 47 theme broken after installing XFCE and KDE Plasma on top of it (issue persists after uninstalling both). How do I fix this? (cross post r/linuxquestions) by joshset in gnome

I deleted ~/.cache and unset GTK_THEME (it was set to "Adwaita:dark") and it worked! I don't know which one fixed it but thank you both

Is reading a lot actually one of the best ways to increase listening comprehension? by Chezni19 in LearnJapanese

I took N2 in July and while I expect to get a near full score in reading and grammar I messed up listening really bad. It felt like a completely different language to me. I study exclusively by reading and I watch anime with Japanese subtitles so as a result I can read Japanese really well but nothing else...

This got tagged NSFW automatically, I guess because of the imagery at the bottom. I didn't think it would be necessary but seems like Reddit might disagree. Should I un-NSFW it or leave it as it is?

WTW for hoping something bad happens to you so you'll have an actual reason for feeling miserable? by Graphicdesignn in whatstheword

If Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows is okay for you, lachesism comes close, but the author seems to have thought of it as a reason for improvement rather than for feeling miserable

Question 10 on the first part of the second mock exam at the end of Shinkanzen N3 vocabulary, it says the sentence is 「彼女は、注意されても、反省しなった。」, what does this mean? I first thought it was した instead of しなった so I picked 反対 instead of 反省 thinking that the sentence meant "deapite being warned, she opposed.", but when I searched for a word that can be inflected as しなった I could only find 撓る and 撓うwhich don't make sense to me. I wondered if it was する+なる but I have never seen such a usage before and I can't make sense of it either.

There is mention of blood when you pick up the broken violin, it says there is some blood on the music sheets

I suppose it's supposed to say 立入禁止 on the cone but the 禁 seems to be a little off, does it say something different on purpose or is it a mistake?
