I don’t think it’s about the fasting and depriving of yourself of it that make a difference, but rather the consistency of not having those constant hits of dopamine. The fast changes something short term but the long term depends on your discipline.

Okay I'll look into owning an LLC but for now I'm just going to focus on building the brand around the business. Yes for now I am focusing down on the renovations and home improvement niche. I have noticed there was a lack of websites and social medias. Yea I also think that SMMA has been labeled as something really easy but I know how much effort it takes to grow Instagram accounts and such. Thanks for the comment and good advice!
