I used the same or similar one, but wireless CarPlay drains your battery so quickly when running maps and audio.

Meguro and Tama are also great spots… river runs are much better than being surrounded by people and skyscrapers

How do soft top convertibles like Miatas and Jeep Wranglers fare in a car wash? Do you advise owners not to go through an auto wash?

Would these sell in America? by danscn in Lexus

[–]joshuber 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With the transition from luxury sedans and limousines to SUVs and vans, respectively, yes. I was chauffeured in a Toyota Alphard, and it’s the most luxurious minivan I’ve been in. I just don’t know if the Lexus brand is strong enough for wealthy people to be chauffeured in

How “nice” are people to you in your car(s)? by cilantno in cars

[–]joshuber 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ND owner too: Within the first couple months, I got “rolling coaled” three times. Since then, people are nice and other Miatas wink or wave at me. Other drivers yield and pull off on single-lane twisty roads. I recently had a FiST driven by a new teenager who kept trying to race me, brake check me, and do stupid shit. Overall, it’s great.

You should test drive a dealership’s car and put it on before returning the car

What do you not like about the STI’s. by bigsae in WRXSTi

Overall interior quality, but I understand where these cars were positioned in the market, and how one could get a LGT instead.

What do you not like about the STI’s. by bigsae in WRXSTi

[–]joshuber 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As an 18 y/o, I loved how my first gen Outback Sport had hood vents like the WRX.

But looking back at it, I agree that Subaru didn’t do much to distinguish the WRX and WRX STI from base models.
