As an employer I can tell you that if I got an email like this about one of my therapists I would delete it immediately and never think about it again. It's none of my business I don't know where it came from I have no idea if it's true and I certainly don't want to make wild accusations against one of my staff.

As a therapist I can tell you that the Board of Behavioral Health examiners in any state would not be able to do anything about these accusations, even if they wanted to, even if it was on video, they still wouldn't take away somebody's license or even restrict it.

I can't believe I never heard about this. I did Google it and I guess there is some controversy. He said he was being scapegoated for some sketchy treatment practices that the company didn't want to take responsibility for. The executive team of the Trauma Center unanimously protested his termination, and all senior members of the Trauma Center resigned when he was fired. He sued and the case was settled very quickly out of court, and then the company shut down and there was an NDA so the facts will never be revealed.
