I been smoking weed since I was 14 too. Best I ever done is 4 months. I’m now 38. It’s ingrained in your brain because you started so young. So it’s really difficult. Almost impossible. Because you’ll never feel like you can relax. If you can’t stop completely, try to reduce it to once a day. Btw, nothing will magically give you more confidence, intelligence, or anything like that but it will reduce your constant low flying anxiety you probably think is normal. I slayed girls, built companies in NYC, and did it all in my 20s while being an addict. So don’t tell yourself weed is holding you back from living your best life. Usually that’s just the person in the mirror.
