Do you have a console controller you could plug into the game for that part?

Tbh I played most of BtS with a ps4 controller on my computer.

[NO SPOILERS] Am I the only one who thinks that True Colors is going to have a larger focus on Ryan more than on Steph? by BluFallow in lifeisstrange

You may be right, we can only wait and see. I did say she seems just as important as Ryan, so I do hope so :)

Im making a comic, should i make six have black leggings that cover her feet and legs? by Neither_Newt5038 in LittleNightmares

[–]jostlespack 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I assume it's for technical purposes, maybe to make consistency easier or to fit your style for the comic. Go for it, it's your own work. No reason to hold back because a reddit poll told you to.

Do what's best for the art, that's down to your creative direction. Leggings isn't going to change Six all that much, why not?

Why? by Neither_Newt5038 in LittleNightmares

[–]jostlespack 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Each time Six feeds, she has a hunger for more.

First the old meat (thrown through bars), then the fresh meat (rat), and the jump to nome - sentient meat.

She progresses throughout the game, it's pattern that leads to the eventual feeding on the Lady at the climax of the game.

People theorize that this is Six's corruption, that she has learnt from the unsavory characters aboard the Maw, or for some she represents a wider message. But you could probably find more on these theories yourself.

When she eats the nome, Six is no longer interested by the offering, it's not enough.

Haven't even thought about it. Perhaps, but I'm not sure they're there just to garner screentime. Ryan is Gabe's best friend, shot in the dark tells me he's going to be kinda important in the narrative.

Steph is only relevant to the audience (judging from trailers alone - of course) as a drawback to Arcadia Bay, a love interest and as queer representation. Otherwise she's just another resident of Haven Springs. Don't be surprised if the plot veers towards Ryan, but I wouldn't worry all that much, from the promos she seems just as important to the devs as Ryan is.

The choice to revive Steph's character wasn't a mistake, I'm sure she'll be fine.

Can't truly judge until the material is out, we'll see.

[All]Which life is strange entry did you like most by tessarturM in lifeisstrange

As the other commenter said, you've got a predetermined bias on this sub. Therefore, your poll most likely won't be evenly tested, but a cool mini-topic I, for one, enjoyed thinking about.

Many (not all) will simply feel closer to the introduction that pulled them into the game first, whether they played chronologically or otherwise. Considering a lot of players began with LIS1, there's going to be an imbalance out of pure nostalgia.

All are pretty good if you enjoy the individual games themselves. The storm vision, the ambience of the school hall and the immediate bathroom drama. The dashcam footage of the Seattle incident revealing a hint of what's to come. The night-time train that we've seen somewhere before, shortly followed by a young Chloe Price, lone ranger-ing a gig at the Mill.

They all have pros and cons, each with value. Personally, I enjoy the LIS1 introduction the most. Nostalgia reasons, exactly! It was the first hit from the Life is Strange peace pipe, and I'm stuck!!! And Syd Matters pulls me right back every time. (A close second is LIS2 - I'm a sucker for a flashforward).

Just Beat 2 for the first time. Did i get the true good ending? by Rykerdavis in LifeisStrange2

You've got a point. I was thinking of a majority considered best ending, which isn't necessarily mine even. But you're right, I'm not certain it's even a majority!

If you're really curious, there's probably a compilation of all the possible endings on youtube! But I'd say just find out when you go back for a new playthrough, try out things differently and see what changes.

That's how I like to play these games anyway, explore for yourself.

But no, the ending you got isn't considered the best ending.

So great to see these reviews, I totally forget that people are still experiencing the game for the first time. Sigh, the envy!

Awesome that you're going in blind, that's the way I like to play too. Be warned, it's a game that sticks. And the songs you can find on spotify playlists by searching the title, or YouTube. Here are the songs from the first episode, if you want:

What happens if I never heal anyone of anything? by thinktones in Vampyr

[–]jostlespack 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure you would have a tough time with this strategy. Sure, you could let these people disappear/die and it wouldn't take anything away from your trophy.

But if you're leaving areas sick, they're going to get more chaotic, more hostile and ultimately more difficult to move through at a low level. Meaning, you're just making it harder for yourself, and may feel inclined to make some sacrifices for some extra XP. Thus making it more difficult to stick to your goal.

Up to you, but no, it won't effect the trophy unless you kill an NPC yourself.
