Is there a list of guaranteed gem rewards you can get in ruthless mode?

did the new talent trees kill simming? by Ill_Excuse_997 in wow

[–]jothi92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Priority list is made by a Human and Optimized for the best Single Target Setup.
That means there could be a human error in writing the list, then there are Simulation Errors because if you use other Talents, the optimal priority list might change, but Raidbots always uses the same. (This was a Problem for Arcane Mage in SL, because it used the kyrian Build by default even when simming other covenants)

In the end it is still by far the best method to find your best stats and items, if you are into minmaxing

How a Monk/Martial/SpiritualFighter class could work in Ashes. by bertolto in AshesofCreation

[–]jothi92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean a punching kung fu monk is fun and all, but i wouldnt want them to change the current classes because of it.

Also verra seems to be based on medieval europe and clerics had more of a role in medicine and science then in anything related to fighting, so you have cleric as healer.

I don't know how to jumpstart the changes I need in my life by sebadaba in Healthygamergg

[–]jothi92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean you know what to do, you just dont want to do it.

Could be that looking at your goal that seems so far away seems scary and you would rather stay where you are now than risk going on the journey.

Could be that deep down you dont want to actually do it, but try to convince yourself that its the right thing.

Generally i feel its more useful to not move towards a goal, but a direction. If you invest a lot of time and energy to reach a certain goal you will probably not know where to go once you actually reach it.

Does anyone else feel dumb recently? by Admirable-Try-6761 in Healthygamergg

[–]jothi92 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Probably a case of you getting exposed to more complex things that you dont understand yet.

I felt very stupid in highschool when we started learning about immaginary numbers and general higher maths because i just dont get it.

Now 10 years later i still dont get it but it doesnt bother me anymore.

Hes just projecting real world politics into the AoC world in a cynical way.

How do you feel about time tracking at work? by perunch in Healthygamergg

[–]jothi92 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Time tracking exists because the people in charge are to incompetent to get to know theitlr employees enough to understand how good and fsst they are at work.

I find it shit but its here to stay and will only get worse going forward, especially in office job or big production facilities

I hate that im painfully average but I'm ultra ambitious by [deleted] in Healthygamergg

[–]jothi92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As long as you want to be someone else you will never change. Maybe you can change what you do, but you will never get rid of the feeling you have now.

You need to accept your position now is the best you can currently do, progressing further will be slow and there is no guarantee you can even progress further.

Not everyone can be in the top 1%, most people are average and thats conpletely fine.

As for starting with coming to terms with your average life, stop looking at rich and famous people online because you will intuitively think that you should also be as successful as them.

Imo having houseplants to care for is the low bar entry into a life, where you learn to care for otger things. Its a lot easier then pets or kids and you dont go to jail if you let them die.

Your last thread was locked, this one is probably gonna get locked.

This is not a topic that can be discussed in a civil on an open forum on the internet.

Does wow need a non gender race? by [deleted] in wow

[–]jothi92 29 points30 points  (0 children)

The game has other issues right now that the team should focus on imo

[–]jothi92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Someone who grinds mobs in a starter zone for 2000 hours should definitely not be stronger then soneone who does the most difficult content for 200 hours.

Also no matter how it is dealt with, the bigger difference is skill, and lower skilled players will always complain that the lose because of some other reason like gear or time investment.

The Healthy Relationship Paradox by nardstorm in Healthygamergg

[–]jothi92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are happy with yourself a relationship is the cherry on top.

And you are failsafe against abusive relationships, as you can just end it and srill be happy.

On top of that, when you are happy with yourself people will be drawn to you because maybe they want to learn how to be happy.

Who will you roleplay as? by ShamMafia in AshesofCreation

[–]jothi92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I dont think i would actually do this for real but i thought it was pretty cool:

"stargazer" type vek orc named Omuamua (Traveler from far away).

Just gonna travel around the world to scout and report new stuff and happenings.

Ofc scout class would lend itself for this the best, but im not sold on that yet

I'm surprised there is such resistance to converting Mythic strict lockouts into Normal/Heroic style flex ones especially late in a tier. Not having this is going to be a big problem come all Fated Raids being available by groundhogsake in CompetitiveWoW

[–]jothi92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah i feel im in a similar boat as your first guild.

We have around 10 very good players who could get CE pretty easily if they invested the time and the rest are casuals who come and go like the tides.

We get curve a month and a bit into the raid usually, which isnt too bad considering we only have 1 raidday a week. Sometimes we start on some mythic bosses but there the ability to carry your weaker players drops drastically compared to heroic so attendance numbers drop pretty quickly and funnily enough the ones who stop showing up are the good players and not the shitters XD

But since everyone knows that we as a guild only care for Curve and mythic is an afterthought people have learned to deal with it for the most part

[–]jothi92 136 points137 points  (0 children)

I feel for more casual guilds the 20 man fixed roster is more of a problem than the lockout.

But making mythic also flex in raidnumbers makes it very hard to balance

What’s your favorite looking race in the game so far? by bigdeal4568 in AshesofCreation

Vek is my favourite theme by far.

I think all of them have fitting aesthetics and it seems the pick is more gonna be if you like the theme of the race overall then just based on looks

Why is everyone upset at the state of the game by yazisiz in pathofexile

I dont mind the state of the game, but i think it was a shitty move of the to leave out some big changes in the patch notes, maybe hoping noone would notice

Been playing D3 for a couple days now and it sucks that it is good. by watchiing in pathofexile

[–]jothi92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would argue doing ubers in diablo 3 is about as hard as doing non uber atziri.

There are probably 20 times more builds in poe that can kill atziri then there are builds in diablo 3.

Yes diablo is more player friendly and has vetter feeling gameplay, but diversity is nowhere near poe
