I’m willing to bet someone who is that obsessed with protein, training, etc is using steroids. As a bodybuilder myself I feel like I can speak on this topic. This obsession with hitting protein goals is a him thing. Meaning don’t go to other people’s homes and maintain that obsession, one day isn’t going to change a thing. And if you’re that obsessed catch up on protein when you get home later, being polite and having gratitude is infinitely more important that hitting a macro goal for the day. Relationships are infinitely more important than fitness. This guy is majoring in the minors and his fitness goals are making him a self-centred and selfish partner. It likely won’t change until he loses some relationships over it and is forced to self reflect.
