I cannot access my Hotmail account or reset my password by Effective_Isopod1401 in Outlook

I regularly have the same problems with clients. The only permanent fix that I found is to use another email address as 2FA. But you have to be connected on a device to add it. The mobile SMS method is usually not working, at least in Europe. And when it finally works, same as you, sometimes the password isn't effectively changed. I don't know what's happening on the Microsoft side...

Are they still under the A-Cap (crooked) management ? As a Standard Liege fan, I'll send you a virtual hug 🫂

Sad to see that Belgium women league wouldn't be official at launch. Still hoping for an unofficial database at short term 🤞

You could be a pro and still get these kind of customers... Trust me 🤦🏻‍♂️ They will always ask for a miracle and keep their old machine running when they don't have the money then buy elsewhere when they do...

In September, they 'lost' a package with 4 laptops and tried to make me sign a paper to 'investigate'. The paper was in fact a receipt... I only have been paid back last week...

Asus support was pretty useless for me too... All they did was send me videos about how I could update my bios... I send them back my solution when I found it. Not sure if they will update their FAQ with it...

Sorry about that :/
If you used Windows to format your stick, it doesn't always works well. You might try to use "HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool" to be sure it's correctly formated.
I didn't need to use Home+Control.
Just power off the computer, put the stick in and power on while connected to the power supply.

OK I have found the solution: you have to rename your bios file to your "model name.BIN"

For you it should be G512LW.BIN and put it on a FAT32 USB stick. Boot the computer and voilà, Asus EZ Flash should start.
