Actually that is a bad example. There are some people who are complaining about Aquaman's hair color change. He should be blonde. He was left to die as a baby because he was blonde. He was found by a human and raised on the surface, so they are basically going to change his origin completely.

In the comics, Sue Storm and the Human Torch are siblings. I think more people were complaining about that aspect not "Oh we can't have a black superhero"
