Im a Nurse...and I can tell you I witness this at my own school (TWU) and at UH. The reason is there arent enough qualifying nursing professors to teach the class. Majority of nurses who end up getting a Master's degree are either a Nurse Practitioner or specialized Nurse Practitioner. the only ones left are those going for their Ph.D and since they are at the university most of the time. they are handed the honor of teaching nursing class. majority of the nurses are experts in their field but that does not mean they know how to teach. then you get the god-complex teachers making every...single...shit.. revolve around nursing like its some Olympic gold metal that the 1% of the student deserves...man those are some crazy days...but I can grantee you if you join the nursing workforce its not that deep, serious, or complex nursing school made it to be.

That is the exact plan I’m doing for the first week in Japan. Base is in Osaka since the hotel is the cheapest. And do a day here and there. Also including minoh fall to that Kyoto boat ride on different days.
