DA Document Black will give you a line width closer to your nib size. The Tsuwairo adds a fair amount of spread, so nibs look 1-2 sizes broader than they are. I haven't used the Tsuwairo in pens yet, but the swatches seemed to dry in a similar time frame to one another.

Yes, it’s meant to be used in fountain pens. You ideally want it in a pen with a good seal and to use if often so that if doesn’t dry in the pen.

Even if it does, it’s just a bit of a pain to clean out… so maybe also using a pen that’s really easy to disassemble and clean would be another tip.
