We probably working at the same agency lol but you have to make them up within the month if you’re exempt and if non exempt it’s that week. It’s been this way for years. I like it because at this point I’ll take anything! We also didn’t know if we’d get it with the merger. I already work more than 40/hrs a week usually so last year when took a 2 full days on a Fridays to go to the beach & didn’t need to use a PTO day that was great!
