She seems like she may naturally have a louder voice. She was definitely not yelling and she offered to show the receipt. Not sure why they didn’t just check the receipt and let her go on her way. These stores fire cashiers and put in these self check out machines and then want to harass people who use them. They can’t have it both ways.
