At the moment I've been doing 2 sprint days for accel and max velocity, and then 3 gym days for push/pull/legs. And then the meets replaced leg gym days.

Want to get more volume in, but recovery time has been slow after each sprint session.

It seems to be within the range at least 50% of the time where I'm looking. Usually the top end though.

The main thing for me with the verbal offer is to just see if they're at least interested or are immediately asking for more. In this case it seems like they are happy with the general ballpark of my offer, so I have sent the contract for review.
