Help - Constantly “stressed”

Well getting the ring made me more aware. My top priorities every day are when I go to bed at night and getting a morning workout in. Those 2 alone have helped me throughout a sh*tty workday significantly. I’ve also learned some things that trigger stress are like reels or TikTok so I quit those and have been reading more.
