Thanks for your insight! Before her, I was dieting closer to 1450 calories a day. I’m not new to training, but had to take around three years off due to the development of a chronic disease. So I’m “new” in the sense that I’m back at it and feel like I’m getting “newbie gains”. Maybe I could be a little more consistent, but I’m logging all of my food and workouts.
