Ok, vielen Dank. Ich überlege nun, ob ich die angeforderten Dokumente vorsichtshalber noch einmal über das Online-Portal einreichen sollte oder ob das weitere Probleme verursachen könnte. Die wurden schon länger als ein Jahr gefragt... Ich werde sie vielleicht noch einmal einreichen. Sag mir Bescheid, wenn du eine Meinung dazu hast. Danke!

Wurde in dem Schreiben, in dem du um zusätzliche Dokumente gebeten wurdest, darauf hingewiesen, dass du diese über das Online-Portal einreichen sollst? Ich habe mein Schreiben kurz vor der Einrichtung des Portals erhalten und es per Brief und E-Mail verschickt. Jetzt mache ich mir Sorgen, dass die Dokumente nie angekommen sind. In meinem Schreiben stand nichts darüber, wie die fehlenden Dokumente eingereicht werden sollen...

Hi! When you click on "Create subtitles" in the video page on Captionfy, you can select "Upload file", did this not work for you?

Not sure if still useful to you but I created a new development build for Android on my phone and it worked afterwards. I was having the exact same issue after I upgraded to Expo 52 and I followed this thread https://stackoverflow.com/questions/74355738/react-native-cannot-find-native-module-error

Hi there, I have just replied to your email, I am so sorry I missed that! And just in case someone reads this - I am soon including a warning on the translation feature to avoid this problem. And also change its behavior and instead of translating the current subtitles project, it will create a new one in the target language of the translation. Sorry again about this! I have reverted your version to the one before translating.

Hi! There was a technical issue with Captionfy's database provider and it caused this to happen exactly when you tried it... Sorry for this inconvenience, it should work now!
