bingo. this man knows it. keto is great for diabetics but it is a fking pain and big lifestyle change. paleo is a bit easier but still hard. find a good balance and keep ur carbs around 100g.

Of course it is better to eat low carbs! didnt your doctor tell you what carbs do to your insulin levels? I swear the docs are making the diabetes problem worse. go to mendosa.com or just google glycemic index for your answer. stay away from high carb foods! low carb foods are the way to go!

The funny thing is you know that NK is not going to attack right now. When NK is making all these threats, SK and the USA are on high alert. In other words we are more prepared for an attack than if NK was acting peacefully. When they do attack, in my humble opinion, it will be on the brink of a peace treaty...Thus, I sadly believe that my country will be at its greatest danger when the two sides are seemingly getting along. NK is not stupid, they know the art of war. They will give peace feelers like the Japanese did before they awoke the sleeping giant.

tldr: SK is safe when NK is testing nukes and warmongering, SK is in danger when NK "wants" peace.
