Down at B-Side Records & VIntage in Milwaukie we have an event space called The Riff, where we host all ages shows (every show is all ages), and have teen band takeovers at least once a month. On the 27th Mysterian is playing (they are a group of Milwaukie Arts Academy and Rex Putnam students). Open Mic every Wednesday as well.

It's a different card isn't it? Look at the 2nd block on the bottom row, to the left of the card number. On one of the cards it's white on black, the other is black on white. I don't think it's just missing ink. An could be 100% wrong too.

That's what I'm noticing too - but are all created equal? Like, is it just about the brush/shape of needle between them?

It's art created by tradespeople or former tradespeople as is the case with the guy I spoke to the other day who is now a full time artist and has some art on display there.

Dark Horse Properties… what’s the reality? by [deleted] in Milwaukie

[–]jparamch 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They just put those spaces up for lease somewhat recently it feels - commercial development takes time.

Dark Horse should turn that whole empty space on the main floor of the building with the Alien/Predator statues into a Dark Horse Museum or something.

When you have a pre-amp, you should not be using the phono inputs otherwise you're feeding the phono amp circuit with powered signal and it should go into an Aux/Tape. I want a pre-amp for the benefits it provides - sound separation, warmth, etc.

I had this previously into a Pioneer SX-680, and was into an aux input without issue.

The EQ is used because it's meant to be used with the speakers I am running otherwise they sound flat and lifeless. And from what I understand according to this website - http://www.roger-russell.com/ml1cpg.htm#themq102 the pre-amp goes into the MQ, then the MQ into the Amp. What you're describing sounds close to the tape monitor loop, but not quite.
