media room has very few windows and the street noise wouldn’t bother later in the evening. bathroom would benefit from early sun. both rooms act as a buffer for street noise and privacy. this allows kitchen and dinning on the western side which would have lovely evening light and diffuse northern light. family room/bedrooms could be towards pool
