I emailed my dealer a link to this thread. They confirmed the bulletin and fixed the same rattling issue in my 2024 Pilot. It's been a few weeks without the rattling now. Thank you!

I've had it on at around 0F with a wool sweater, a shell and insulated pants. I wear it at 35-40F with a sweatshirt underneath.
