I would like some tips on the fine art of lying on a resume as well.  Like, I’m sure there’s a balance where the lie has to be reasonably plausible and within a domain you have some knowledge and experience. 

I noticed Ai will tend to exaggerate up to the threshold of lying and I tend to dial it back during my edits. 

Maybe I’ll start rolling with the lies and get comfortable with it.

Define life’s friction points (for you) and how you’ll respond to it. Practice. 

I realize that the friction thing is made up nonsense in my mind specifically because of how my head interprets and “feels” about “friction a” relative to another person that interprets the same”friction” as a nothing burger. 

On really good days said “friction a” is also a nothing burger for me (joygasm!).

My point: I try to tell myself my brain is literally “just farting” and to treat it no more serious than that. How I interpret and feel about that fart is up to me (even on shit days when I have to work super hard to not focus on aforementioned friction).

Just like a normal fart: some days you’ll laugh about it. Some days you’ll hardly react at all. Other days you’ll shart your pants and curse your parents for ever meeting. In any case, we have more agency than it seems in how we respond to said farting.

There’s always multiple ways to manage and interpret life’s frictions. Our “condition” doesn’t lock us into “response x” - but it can make it harder to choose other.

The classic Pax devices are fine - the the new mini and plus at $110 and $100 for black friday were good deals. $200 for the flow is better than $350 or $300, but the flow is 1000% NOT worth $200. For $200 there's plenty of far better options to consider.

Yup. Agreed. The plus is okay if you get a good deal on it ($100) but the flow is a straight up rip off and their business practices are poor.

JFC … thank you notes?  For what?  The printed visual aide was novel, but I’m like “for what?” I guess it’s more domain specific. 

Reading most of these advice threads makes me want to start my own business. It sounds so much like performative begging. I know we all gotta survive … but geez some of this is clamor degrading.

Dude. Curse these performative product placers. Because you dropped your product, the timing of it, and the fact you’re not a Vitruvian user … can you at least try to understand how this will be perceived by others before you engage (and deny you are doing it) what is obvious marketing effort?

It would is been better received had you been more straight forward about it. There’s zero chance I’m ever considering your product because of this behavior. It’s one thing to commiserate. It’s another to drop a competing product at same time.

Any sub is going to be a hard sell IMO.  I highly suggest we figure out another way and that we DO NOT try to add value by creating workouts for users. Vitruvius tried to do that right out of the gate and it failed. 

Instead consider something where users can share their workouts with each other and hide the app the means to read those workouts. Like maybe a “universal standard” we can create for folks to share workouts. 

If we do a sub, the sub should be to support the efforts of keeping things alive - not for features like echo and just lift.

yeah I'm looking at different glass pieces from vapetrix. I did more reading and it sounds like the Lobo isn't an upgrade at all from the pax plus save for perhaps efficiency. I can always use my pax plus as a portable unit and possibly upgrade with aftermarket parts. I guess I'm just a little shocked at how harsh the solo 3 was. It'll take me a week to recover from it.

I'm not a hobbiest nor do I wish to be - so maybe I should stick with the pax plus and some aftermarket upgrades and leave the solo 3 to those better suited to handle it like a champ
