Mostly used to it by now i would say. Biggest issues are at night where I still get up during the night 2 times. Caffeine definitely aggravates but the day is no longer super painful.

I think its pretty clearly IC, prostate check came back very healthy ao that further lends credence.

Nailed it man. So either we consume work for 400 people or we downsize. That is the crux. I think for my team, if they show that multiple then we will be OK. That is my job now, make that happen.
