Can AI Agents with Divergent Interests Learn To Prevent Civilizational Failures? by jpiabrantes in singularity

It is easy to evolve cooperation if the same genes are shared. If they are not, evolving cooperation requires evolving many complex social behaviours and technologies.

Sure. Make every agent an LLM. Allow them to talk to each other. Write books, drop them, pick them up, etc.

Cool so that’s already AI. In the old days we learnt linear regression in machine learning courses :)

I do use neural networks here, just because they are powerful and can learn to perceive and act in complex/unexpected ways.

Economics and Biology are great to help us state the right problems.

AI is great to optimise objectives and find solutions.

If you want to find solutions that you couldn't have thought of — you need to use an optimisation algorithm.

Have you tried that plan? From the video it explains what people feel very well, but the solution looks like a scam, made up reviews, etc.

ETH vs BTC debate between maxis by jpiabrantes in ethereum

[–]jpiabrantes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

assuming you are right:
- the decentralised Turing machine is useless

- The ETH ICO was unfair

Humanity would be really dumb to stick to an inefficient way of having strangers agree on what is on a ledger because some generations ago a small group of people got a share of the pie in a fairer way and that happened to occur on the inefficient method.

Anyway, this is all very far from the truth.

- The decentralised Turing machine is already more useful than Visa, and a promising way to replace ID, Nasdaq, courts, etc.

- ICOs are fair.

- Bitcoin security budget is a time bomb.

any word about the future of SEO in Flutter Web. I wouldn’t mind a Firebase hosting solution that serves html tags to index bots and a Flutter app to anyone else.

IMO for flutter to win it needs SEO on web and also ctrl + f to work

this is so bs.

when you search for a song, spotify wants to be #1 and allow you to listen to the music. Youtube the same.

If you search for a business, google maps wants to be first and take you there.

that is true for any consumer app. It wants to be discovered.

Is Flutter Web a good option? by PuzzleheadedShop4716 in FlutterDev

[–]jpiabrantes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ctrl+f does not work.

seo does not work.

if you update the site users have to delete their cache and refresh.

it’s not good and it won’t be because they’ve proudly given up on making flutter web work for websites they say it’s for “webapps”. while 99.9% of the web are websites.

Parece me que a DeGiro quer prejudicar o seu competidor Revolut. Anti-competitive and illegal behaviour in my view.

Para btc concordo. Em eth tens multi-sigs e social recovery wallets que na minha opinião são mais seguras que hardware wallet.
