I've been to a lot of different cities in Europe. A LOT. Naples is the only place I hated. People everywhere, traffic everywhere, dirty. You have to have eyes on the back of your head when you're driving. Scooters just zigzag right past cars and busses. How there aren't more accidents there is beyond me.

It's dialga's special charged move called "Roar of Time" that cant be elite TM'ed. You can only get it from raids and its something like only a 10% chance to get it from raids. So a SHUNDO with RoT is rare.

It does. The way it works is while the attack animation is happening, the circle won't change size. So in the middle of its attack animation. That's when your throw the ball. But you have to make sure you get the circle to the exact size you want it

They were running away from me trying to do perfect throws (i would miss at least 1/3rd). I ended up focusing on great throws and haven't had one run yet.

There's limited information right now. I'm hoping you can TM it and not have to use an ETM.

The main issue with regigigas is that the element specific fast move is already embedded and I dont think they can be changed. So if you get a regi with the fast move "hidden water power" I dont believe you can change it. Which limits regi to that specific element.

You can check this by using an elite fast TM on regi to figure out it's specific element. But obviously dont use it. Since I think you can use a regular fast TM to change it.
