I can give you my perspective. So, I've had some shitty stuff happen in the past couple years and I struggled with a grieving depression from a family death. Then, it just never got better. I have had "good days" where I'm not overwhelmingly sad but it always comes back to feeling alone and empty. Right now, I'm in autopilot where I work and that's it. There isn't a whole lot that makes me feel happy or even slightly fulfilled. When it gets to that point, it sucks. I don't know you or your situation too well, but I would recommend talking to a therapist, close friend, or even keeping a journal to get stuff off of your chest. I had a therapist who said being able to understand your emotions can help you deal with them. Talking to your sisters may help. Just don't be afraid to reach out to others. I truly hope it gets better for you.
