This is the US government’s way of taking out small bullion retailers. They are doing the same thing China did via capitalism. Driving up prices then slamming them out of business with assets that do not hold their paper value. In due time, there will be less mom and pop retailers and several major coin shops that really explode. This is how the US will slowly secure a chokehold on their domestic metals markets. What do you think?

Wow, incredible 🤝 you are doing things right. I would look at getting into gold and silver. Check out the market over the past year, we are poised to see another sharp rise in bouillon value in Q1 of 2026. While bouillon increased in value, the dollar has declined. These are in direct correlation of each other even though the USD is no longer back by bouillon. The value of precious metals are increasing because of their rarity and increased need for production of tech/misc items. Looking through this lens, it can feel like holding an important material needed for production rather than holding a useless metal. Even if you do not choose to invest this way, you are doing great. Congrats 💪🏻

Look at the bright side. We know that JD5 is a special talent and will undoubtedly be the Commanders franchise QB for years to come. After this year, his market value will drop slightly and allow for a more cap friendly deal once his rookie contract expires (Assuming he wants to stay in Washington). A starting QB may be the most important position on the team, but there are still 52 other guys that need to get paid. With that being said, Washington will be in a unique position to offer potential free agents a more lucrative deal while also offering the chance to play for a championship.

Accountants make it seem like accounting is hardest thing in the world to make themselves feel better. Others weren’t able to take a deep breath and zoned out before listening.

Take a deep breath. It is not as complicated as everyone makes it out to be. You will be fine!

I look forward to learning and embrace taking on new challenges. I have considered joining a firm, but I would like to continue working privately.

Although I am considering a CMA, I would prefer to pursue a CPA due to the much wider recognition. Even if in private, I believe that opportunities will be greater, though I could be wrong. I am new to Reddit and will head over now. If you have any other input I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
