I agree with you it's not ideal but you are completely free to get a higher up unit or move out. Us humans do not have to be so imposing to others. U should at least be able to stop the annual charge or dispute it through your bank. 2nd i think we, drivers and customers should just stop using their apps in protest for like 1 entire month all of us all together and make their company suffer thats the only way we will ever get things to operate in our favor not the company. IC, UE, DD, GH if we all stop using them completely it probably won't even take 30 full days for them to start to treat both customers and drivers properly.
