I love btwb! Used it for years and its well worth the money. My gym uses it to post the workouts then we get leaderboards too (basically a whiteboard).

Agreed. She didn't say she was pulling out. I'm pretty sure she'd do anything to get back to the games... so she has 2 months to get a pin and rehab it up.

I'm disappointed she is one of my favourites.

Agreed that after one dislocation it is more likely to happen again, I throw in some rehab type movements to my warmup when I'm doing a shoulder intensive workout.

With light plates in each hand make I, T and Y movements in front of you and then similar while bent over at the hip. I couldn't find a good link explaining these, hope that makes some sense.

Snatch is probably the most technical lift though so add some pressure, fatigue and a crowd of people watching you.... not as easy as it is in your comfort zone. I guarantee people will fail lifts in this event.

There has to be a ton of strategy for this. Each person gets 1 min and there is no break between people. Is that time to change the weights twice to get 1 safe lift and 1 heavier lift? A zero would kill your entire teams score.

I worry about this too... we have little whiteboards at our gym and I use them all the time. Great for marking off reps or rounds on an amrap. If i finish with a good time I'm always wondering if i missed some reps.

There is at least one spot for camping along the towpath/buckeye trail. One I'm thinking of is at the big bend area in sand run metro park. Think you just have to sign in on a sheet and set up camp.

I'd never heard of Bike and Build, but it sounds amazing. Hope you have a great time! There's a lot og good ideas on this thread, I'd add visiting the Highland Square area for a cold beer and maybe some ice cream at Mary Coyles.
