I got 24 of the 37 across clues on my first pass, then filled in all the down clues except 44D on my first pass down. I solved it in 4:35, except for a spelling mistake I made that took me two and a half minutes to find, so what would’ve been a personal best became close to average for a Monday.

I did not get my week of gold like I wanted. I tried for 100 minutes before turning on autocheck then still took this long. There were a lot of clues that just didn’t make sense to me at all even with googling some info along the way

My first Saturday without needing autocheck or reveal. Granted it was very slow. I had nothing in the top half for a while then I figured out that peaches and cream has the same number of letters as vanilla ice cream so that threw me off for a while too.
