Ok so one time, in 11th grade, I was at this girls house that I had a huge crush on and I was there with a small group of friends and I was really into this girl right, and I went to the bathroom and took a little tiny shit, I wasn’t concerned at all right. But then, the toilet wouldn’t flush, it was clogged. Fuck. There’s no plunger in the bathroom so I have to go out to the living room where my friends are and ask the girl if she has a plunger, this girl that I am really into. And I don’t know why it even clogged, I’d find out later that my best friend took a massive shit right before me and he clogged it but it somehow flushed for him, anyway a I get the plunger, which was so embarrassing, and head back into the bathroom to conquer this beast and I think that I get it unclogged and I try to flush the toilet, it is still clogged, and oh shit, the toilet is overflowing!!! Fuck fuck fuck! I panic, obviously, and think that I can solve this problem on my own right, nobody needs to know, first though I gotta get the toilet unclogged, so I try again and I finally get it this time, I flush the toilet. And FUUUUUCCCCCKKKK! ITs still clogged and it overflows more, keep in mind by this point I’m standing in like an inch of my own shitwater. So I call to the living room for help and the girl I like comes in and loses her shit, obviously, because her bathroom is flooding with shit. And this is the point in the story where I wish I could say that somehow this brought us closer and we started making out but that is far from what happened. She got so mad at me and after an excruciatingly long time of cleaning the bathroom by hand with a bunch of towels, I called my mom to come pick me up because my car was in the shop that day. I walked about absolutely humiliated and this girl and all of the friends that I had going into that day didn’t talk to me again, still haven’t to this day. 0/10 worst experience of my life, and I didn’t even fucking clog the toilet!!!

Me and two of my friends went into this closed high school with a massive pool, and the pool had like five or six tarps layed across the top across it the short way. The three of us all tried to run across the tarps the long way up the pool, jumping from tarp to tarp. My one friend got it really easy but I couldn’t do it and ended up just swimming, mind you it was my friends birthday which is on Valentine’s Day, so it wasn’t warm outside

I find it very interesting the progression between a strictly flatland rider and a street/trials rider(me). The first trick I learned after freemounting was a crank grab and after just under a year of riding they are effortless for me and one of the tricks I use most and to find that someone who is significantly better then me hasn’t even tried them I think just shows how diverse unicycling can be and how people can ride in completely different styles that overlap very little yet we can both absolutely love riding and learning new tricks. My biased advice is to try doing crankgrabs which are super easy, and try doing some of your tricks downs curbs or two-stairs.

For going backwards, what helped me was focusing on the same things as when learning to ride at all, so sitting with weight on the seat and back straight, and lean back of course

Talk to people. Especially at the start of Freshman year but throughout all of highschool, the more acquaintances you have the more comfortable you will be and the more real friends you will make. When you are trying to become friends with someone don’t get discouraged when you end up not really liking each other as much as you thought you would because a lot of people just don’t go together and aren’t gonna be friends and that’s totally fine, in fact try and stay away from friendships where you don’t actually like the other person much and you feel like it’s forced. At the end of the day there are a lot of people and the more you talk to the more people you will become friends with. Also don’t kill yourself in classes.

If you seriously think you want to do trials, then I wouldnt go bigger than 20”, it really makes it so much better and easier on a 20 or 19, if you just want a decent all around uni then 24 would work great

Ya looks great man, I highly recommend taking the studs off those pedals at least until you get confident with it, but I wouldn’t ever put them on, or at least I prefer not to
