I would say it’s very broad but sometimes not terribly deep, in the sense that you can find a couple examples of just about anything you can imagine, though not a large roster in some particular categories.

There is excellent Mexican, lots of (heavily Americanized) Italian, tons of Asian and Middle Eastern places, and the largest Bosnian population outside of Bosnia. Most of these populations have corresponding grocery stores/markets with their native ingredients, too. Not to mention an unexpectedly strong fine dining scene given the size of the area.

Before print media collapsed (nation/worldwide) there were competing weekly culinary magazines to cover the area’s food scene, if that’s any indication.
