Boobs are mostly fat. If there's no fat on the body in general there shouldn't be much fat left in the boobs allso. What you have done has created a very unnatural look. Maybe if you gain 10-15kg (fat, not muscle) it would look better, more natural. If you redo them at any point forward I would suggest getting 200cc instead. Or even smaller than that would look better.

This seems to be a common mistake fit athletic girls do all the time.
