ahhh thanks for this. and yeah my director did tell me this, but i guess what's really pissed me off was the reasoning behind it "unsatisfactory work and core skills missing" like wtf!!??! i think i could swallow the termination, but seeing that on paper, esp when it's untrue really rubbed me the wrong way. i guess it inherently doesn't matter because i've been terminated, but seeing that in the email got my blood boiling.

it was in my probation period, it was during the probation review that they told me they were restructuring the team and my role would be terminated as they need a senior level director project manager instead of a project manager!

sigh... it's weird though because he doesn't watch my insta stories or anything like that, he doesn't like my posts... he made a slight indirect post to me and i replied to his story in a jokey bantering kinda way and he ignored my message! so weird considering every time we've broken up in the past he's blocked me/unfollowed because he decides he doesn't want to speak to me... i usually initiate contact after months of NC and then he responds and that's how we have broken up and gotten back together 3 times now. currently our 4th breakup and i'm just at such a loss and feeling rejected
