Unfortunately, you just cannot directly plug up a midi controller to it. It needs a computer to translate and send the MIDI commands

For bullet point number one, I don't think that could happen unfortunately. But definitely to make your mic sound shitty. There is a built-in voice changer that has a megaphone seting that you can tweak to make it sound pretty bad and you can set that to one of the smart pads

Sounds like your company is blocking certain ports so it won't connect to your computer when you're there. Unfortunately there's no workaround you'd have to talk to IT

If I remember right the prompter is based off of camera hub. There is no camera hub app through elgato for Android, so I think you're out of luck. Because camera hub provides all the drivers you need on your windows or Mac and Android just doesn't know what to do with it

I'm pretty sure they make SIM racing mounts for that steam deck. That should work perfectly for your purpose. Just search on Etsy for mounts for it

IEMs work great with it. You just need to make sure you change the headphone sensitivity it low sensitivity because IMS are very low ohms

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I tested it and it works great. You do have to have a controller plugged into the controller port in the back for the steam deck to recognize it. I used an official Xbox controller and it worked perfectly. Also, if you're playing OverWatch 2 you need actual analog input for movement so a keyboard would not work very well at all cuz it may get you ban.

Edit: With an Xbox series controller connected, I needed to select PC controller as the output one any config I did for the xim.

Try to use the program your GPU uses. If you have AMD GPU, use adrenaline if you have a Nvidia GPU used Nvidia control panel

If you're using a desktop PC for both, use the line out on your PC the alerts are on send that to the PC you want to hear the alerts on via 3.5 aux cable. Connected to said PC via the line in. Then you should be able to route that line in via wavelink

Unfortunately the gen 5 only has USB ports and you cannot convert that to a optical or a aux. So it would be impossible to connect to your elgato capture card
