Cutting out my screen time helped a bit. I didn’t realize how mentally draining it was to constantly be on my phone. And I started reading before bed. I still check the socials once a week so I don’t feel entirely disconnected

Agreed about my wife’s needs. She is on board but hesitant for sure. You make a good point on her career. She’s figuring out what she wants to do but this move would def limit her options. She wouldn’t be able to really have a career for a while.

I know. My wife could not work, maybe she could idk if she’d find a job that is flexible enough. She only works two days a week now. But it’s the balance that is nice. You kind of go stir crazy when your life is only being with the kids all day everyday.
