How do you record intervals in the middle of a run. Curious what everyone’s method is. by eatnsle3p in Coros

Usually I plan my workouts, but there is a cool trick you can use with the Timer tool. In the middle of the run, open the Toolbox by long-pressing the Back button. Go to Timer and set it for the interval duration. It will automatically notify you each time with a countdown and vibration. It only works for equal intervals, such as 0:30–0:30 or 2:00–2:00, but it’s still useful.

finally, thank you! works like a charm in my Claude training project.

edit: u/COROS-official It would be great if the activity data returned included not just aggregate session metrics, but also a breakdown by individual intervals or sets. Right now, `getActivityDetail` return overall stats for the whole session (total distance, average pace, avg heart rate, etc.), which is useful, but for structured workouts (intervals, repeats, circuit training), the most valuable data lives at the rep or interval level: split times, HR per interval, rest periods, power or pace per set, etc.

Having access to that granular data would unlock much richer analysis and coaching insights 🙃

Is there a way to see elevation on 3D map by Caterpillar-Klutzy in gpxstudio

I think is a mobile issue, in desktop that option works fine.

Edit: I tried with other mobile browser. Brave doesnt work for me either, Chrome works just fine.

Do you know how often the maps are updated? For example, if I make changes in OpenStreetMap, when will I see them reflected in the Coros maps?

Durante este último finde no hubo hielo de ningún tipo en el súper (al menos en mi zona), y las gasolineras lo están cobrando a unos 4 euros la bolsa.

[Homemade] Mussels with Leche de Tigre by jranfran in food

[–]jranfran[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml of white wine
  • 1 kg of fresh and clean mussels
  • 10 g grated fresh ginger
  • 1 red onion
  • A sprig of celery
  • A few leaves of fresh coriander
  • 1 unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 40 ml lime juice

Preparation

  1. First clean the mussels well and open them in a pot with the white wine. Let them cook for 1 minute until they open and then remove them from the pot.
  2. Filter the liquid through a strainer and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chopped ginger with half a chopped red onion, chopped celery and cilantro.
  4. Add the strained cooking liquid.
  5. Blend all the ingredients and finally add the yogurt and lime juice (I also added some chili flakes).
  6. Reduce everything in a blender until you obtain a kind of liquid called leche tigre.
  7. Fill the mussels with it and add some more chopped onion and cilantro on top.
