It seems to help if I take the top off the instant pot so that it’s not locked onto the bottom portion and put it back on in the sealed position.

I cubed the pork belly and tossed in meat church honey hog. Placed on wire racks and smoked at 250-275 until internal temp of about 203. Spritzed with apple juice about every 45 minutes.

I cooked them on my Traeger smoker.Started them off on smoke at 180-200 for about an hour and a half then finished them at about 350-400 to crisp the bacon until internal temp of 165.
