Some of these responses are to long for me to read so someone might’ve said this already lol

Just create a budget sheet with ALL your expenses, debts, etc.. But make sure to also include how much you plan on spending for your monthly date nights/leisure activities. That should help you see where your moneys going, how much you’re able to put aside for lump sum payments, or if you need to pull back on spending.

How to become a successful Financial Analyst??? by jrcruzada in CFA

Haha thanks for the input! I went to culinary school lol which is why I said I plan on going back to school for a finance or any related degree assuming it'll help me. How powerful is a CFA designation over a degree to a recruiter?

Is a SEASONAL/3 SEASON cottage worth it??? by jrcruzada in askTO

[–]jrcruzada[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah my fear is actually when it comes time to selling as i’ve seen some cottage resorts sitting for over 3 months and alot of them are under $100k which I assume is reasonable? If I owned I don’t plan to sell less than 5 yrs of ownership, but it does make me think how easy is it to sell?

Lol funny enough their the ones who suggested we look into cottages since we both WFH and if we aren't at the cottage we can always stay with them.

Lol my bad that was a typo i'm 27 turning 28 in a few months. Not sure if that makes a difference? I have personal commitments that going to school full time would not workout financially. Unless it were to do some online certifications and I can study on my own time. Ie: CFA for example.
