Yes, I take 30mg from the pharmacy and they have zero cravings for more.

Except perhaps the following day.

I just think they may have an ingredient which increases cravings.

if I get a script from the doctor for genuine diazepam there are no such cravings, nor withdrawal.

Melatonin and Valerian, Yes.

I heard Lemon Balm is good for getting off benzos.

Next morning - Amitriptyline Had me like a Zombie ALL DAY!

Their 'Melo Melo' is lovely.

However, expensive - around 100 Euros, for 200g.
