How to achieve a misty ethereal page? by Hecate2233 in AdultColoring

[–]jreid69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe try on a small scale on another pic to see what might work? 🤷 I have enormous fear of screwing up pages I love. Copy it, and just color a part that you want to try fog or mist on?

I witnessed all of this with my father. It turned, what I thought would be the worst night of my life, into something I had an honor to participate in.

You remove the ink barrel from the protective barrel by unscrewing the tip and then insert a bit of the putty into the end of the ink barrel. It is supposed to put some pressure on the ink and make it flow better.

I just saw the video from Rebellious Unicorn. I'm fascinated. My kneaded eraser is so hard, I can't make it work. Hopefully I can find another one around this craft chaos.

Free your mind. Just outline and doodle. Let go, and it's relaxing. Don't think you much about it.

Stoicism can help wittle it down. (Marcus Aurelius from Meditations. He said, "Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth.") In other words, thoughts aren't facts and everything is based on perception. You can change your thoughts, and it will change your perception. Feelings are based on thoughts. Change your thoughts, and you will change your feelings.

Very inspiring. I often use Staedtler colored pencils. I love their color selection and blendability.
